HOSPITAL PROTOCOL

We do limit access to the building, and our lobby remains closed to ensure proper safety for our clients and patients. As such, we ask that:

-Clients call from the parking lot to notify us of their arrival for all appointments and supply pick-ups.

-Clients pay over the phone for supplies (medications, food, etc) prior to pick-ups; your goods will be brought directly to your car for you.

-All new clients MUST have their new client forms completed by the time of their appointment, otherwise, you will be rescheduled. We are also enforcing a strict 10-minute late policy for all new and existing clients.
